Chelsea was established Dubai in 2004 under the UK based Crimson Hotels. Its flagship property opened in April 2005, Chelsea Tower Hotel Apartments, a deluxe hotel apartment, on the main business artery of Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road.

Its most recent addition was the Chelsea Gardens Hotel Apartments, located next to Ibn Batutta Mall, and close to Jebel Ali and Internet and Media Cities.

Chelsea specializes in providing high end hospitality to Dubai and has been involved in several Hotel pre-openings and developments. Currently, the Group has over 1100 rooms under construction in Dubai at 4 star and 5 star positioning. All of the new projects are well underway and will be opening from the end of 2009 through the end of 2010 and will be managed under the Chelsea brands.
